Yesterday it was a historic evenining at SCMN in Utrecht. For the first time in history two creditcard racers battled each other. Slot-it motor against Ninco NC 5. Old "leraarkaart" against former entrance batch. Michel versus Harm. Commentary on the race was given by our speaker Jan G. The naked (no body)CCR's performed even better after some minor modifications in the pits. The race ended in a draw ...

Hello Jan,

Thanks for the inspiration. I quickly prepared a CCR myself using spare parts. I didn't glue the motor to the card. On the card I made two slots, on both sides of the motor. With double sided tape the motor was positioned in the centre, then normal tape was used, placing it through the slots, to secure it firmly.
I have some pictures, is it possible to upload them ?

Thanks for the wonderfull site!! I just made a Credit Card Racers of my self. I used serveral Slot it parts. It's a good looking little car and it rides great.
